A week already has passed from our latest workshop: Autumn Ritual creative sketchbook practice.
Heartfelt Thank You to those that joined us live and sharing your special energy.
We explored the theme of Letting go and Trusting the Process.
I am pleased to let you know that the recording is now available for you to purchase for £15 and go through it at your own timing. You will get lifetime access to the recording and if for any reason it will need to go you will have the option to download it in your own device.
The session is 1hrs and it includes a Meditation + Journaling prompts + Painting session guided by me to help you set intentions for the season. You also have the opportunity to share what you have been creating in our online community space and/or message me privately through Podia to get feedback and idead directly from me :)
This is a way to carve sometime for yourself and your creativity.
I don't want to spoil too much about what I've created during the session, so I'll share here later this week the images of my paintings and all the insights, techniques I gained through this wonderful exercise I love guiding so much.
